Delivery Information

At Malebasis, we aim to make your online shopping experience as seamless as possible. This page provides all the essential information about our delivery options, costs, and timelines.

UK Mainland Delivery
We offer the following delivery options for orders shipped within the UK mainland:

  • Standard Delivery (3-5 working days): £3.95 or FREE on orders over £50.
  • Next Day Delivery (order by 1pm): £5.95. Please note that this service is not available on weekends and Bank Holidays.
  • Click & Collect (from 3 working days): FREE. Collect your order from our designated partner locations.

International Delivery
We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination.

  • European Union (5-10 working days): Costs from £9.95.
  • Rest of World (10-14 working days): Costs from £14.95.

Please note that any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Delivery Instructions
You can add special delivery instructions during the checkout process, such as leaving your parcel in a safe place. While we will pass these instructions to our courier, please be aware that they cannot always be guaranteed.

Missing or Damaged Parcels
If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If you are unable to resolve the issue, please contact our customer service team through the form on malebasis.com.

For damaged items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please do not discard any of the original packaging, as we may require it for our investigation.

Click & Collect Information
Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a “Ready for Pickup” email. You must bring this email along with a valid form of photo ID to collect your order. Orders will be held for 10 days before being returned to our warehouse.
